Thank you for choosing 400 East Apparel for your DTF sheets. We are doing everything we can to maintain a high quality, low cost product. In order to keep the cost down, we have outlined what will make the process run smoothly and efficiently
1. Print ready artwork set at 15” x 19”.
Print ready means vector art or a PNG file with a transparent background.
Artwork that is deemed not print ready will be refused.
JPG, TIFF and/or PSD files will not work.
Vector files with embedded JPG and/or TIFF files will not work. (An example of a vector file is .AI, .EPS or .SVG)
2. All artwork will be printed AS IS.
Errors in spelling and/or design are the sole responsibility of the person submitting artwork and will not be reprinted for free.
3. Additional computer time will be charged for artwork changes, alterations or creation.
Examples of charges:
Background removal, Clean-up pixelation, Vectorize file, Set-up gang file for printing separate files on one sheet, Color changes, Spelling changes, Redesign, Creating new design

$15 minimum for up to first 15 minutes
$25 per 30 minutes
$50 per hour

Gang Files:
1-3 sheets - $5 per different sheet
4-8 sheets - $3 per different sheet
9-15 sheets - $2 per different sheet
16-20 sheets - $1.75 per different sheet
21+ sheets - call for pricing

Sheet Pricing:
1-20 sheet - $12 per sheet + tax
20+ sheets - $10 per sheet + tax
**Please provide a valid Resale Certificate/ County Vendor's License Number and the tax can be removed from your order. Those forms are required before pick up and payment to apply to your current order.
4. We are unable to print neon colors.
When in doubt, express concerns before multiple sheets are printed. Prints may not reflect the exact color viewed on your computer screen or that of a different printer.
5. Files under 15 MB will be submitted by email.
Large files can be submitted via a DropBox we supply. Large files can also be brought in on a USB flash drive. Text submissions will be refused.
6. Various factors such as temperature of heat press, type of heat press, type of fabric, thickness of fabric and humidity all play a part in proper application of DTF on a garment.
400 East Apparel is not responsible for issues during application. For information on how we apply DTF in our shop, please feel free to ask.
